Through our two-year programs, we recruit, cross-train and place skilled tech professionals in world-leading specialist technologies, such as Databricks, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce and Snowflake, with AI training included to reflect evolving industry demand.<\/p>

Our consultants, known as \u2018Revols\u2019, become part of an elite network. They complete an initial training course, led by our expert instructors, before earning their first industry-recognized certifications. This is followed by a work placement on-site with one or more of our world-leading clients for a period of up to two years. If a Revol chooses to leave during the client placement period of up to two years, they will be responsible for the repayment of training costs to allow us to recoup some of the investment we have made thus far. Our Talent Acquisition consultants will discuss the details of the repayment schedule with each candidate during the interview process. All training will starts with a two-week trial period, so Revols can become acclimatized to working in their chosen field. This also gives them time to figure out if the program feels right for them.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

During this two-week period, a Revol can choose to leave at any point, without incurring any fees.
