The Role
Our Data Team owns the analytical data layer that supports portfolio analytics, reporting, funding operations, and credit risk. The team manages several business-critical systems built on a modern cloud data stack.
As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will work closely with senior team members to build and maintain ETL pipelines, data models, and reporting workflows. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where you will contribute to improving the reliability and quality of data systems used across the business.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions such as risk, operations, compliance, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and development of data solutions
Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL and Python
Work with cloud data warehouse technologies and version-controlled workflows
Adapt data pipelines to evolving business and data requirements
Document data processes, testing approaches, and results
Support reporting and dashboard development
Assist with automated reporting workflows
Investigate data issues and ensure data quality
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity
What We’re Looking For
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling

Experience with version control workflows

Required Experience
3+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
Strong SQL and Python experience
Experience with cloud data warehouses
Familiarity with version control systems
Experience working in remote or distributed teams
Nice to Have
Experience with data transformation tools (e.g., dbt)
Exposure to financial or regulated environments
Experience with production ETL pipelines
Knowledge of data quality frameworks
Experience with BI/reporting tools
