We are looking for a Desktop Support professional based in Melbourne (Hybrid) to enhance user experience and maintain efficiency in our technology setup, specifically focusing on Dynamics 365 Finance & Ops and Dynamics 365 CE. The role is pivotal in ensuring that our systems run smoothly, allowing our teams to focus on their core tasks without disruption.

• Strong experience in desktop support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Ops and Dynamics 365 CE
• Proficiency in supporting a range of operating systems and software applications
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear support to end users
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams to address technical challenges
