Description
D365 CE Functional Consultant -
We are currently partnered with a forward-thinking D365 CRM end user who are looking to add a talented Functional Consultant to their Business Applications team as they continue to grow their technical capability internally.
You'll be responsible for taking ownership of designing and delivering customer service solutions built on Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on omnichannel engagement and contact-center capability.
Responsibilities -
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and rollout of D365 Customer Service and Omnichannel capabilities.
- Implement and optimise real‑time engagement channels such as live chat, voice, and digital messaging.
- Configure and support telephony integrations, including Teams‑based calling solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, user‑friendly solution designs and documentation.
- Deliver workshops, training, and post‑go‑live support to drive successful adoption.
Experience -
- 5+ years working as a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Omnichannel, Customer Service Workspace, and contact‑centre processes.
- Practical experience deploying channels such as email, chat, voice, and ACS‑based communication.
- Background integrating Teams Telephony or similar voice platforms with D365.
- Solid understanding of Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power Automate.
