This role is key in delivering impactful solutions that align with business processes and user needs, ensuring effective adoption and seamless integration.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and Teams
• Strong background in project management, with experience in software delivery
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Experience in training and supporting users for improved system adoption
• Knowledge of change management principles and techniques
