We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 within our customer base. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert insights, and ultimately help them leverage Microsoft 365 to enhance their productivity. Your contributions will have a significant impact on clients’ operational efficiency while fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Proven experience in sales or account management roles, ideally within a technology environment
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and their applications across various business functions
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Experience in developing and executing account strategies to achieve business goals
