Inhouse CE Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to drive effective business solutions in our hybrid workplace located in Hamburg. This role is integral in supporting the optimization of our CRM platform, helping clients leverage its functionalities for improved customer relationships and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations and configurations
• Ability to gather and document business requirements while translating them into technical specifications
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and recommend enhancements
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
