We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator with experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central to enhance our application support capabilities. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining critical systems while ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will collaborate with various departments to implement solutions that facilitate smoother business operations. This is an on-site position. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is a requirement.
• Strong experience in managing and configuring Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proficiency in application support and troubleshooting methodologies
• Familiarity with system integrations and data migration processes
• Ability to gather and interpret user requirements for system enhancements
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and change management processes
