• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Dynamics 365 Finance & Ops or CRM environments
• Strong skills in gathering and interpreting business requirements
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.com configurations
• Ability to analyse data and processes for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders
