Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner with expertise in Dynamics 365 CE to lead enhancements and drive user engagement within our system. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the platform effectively supports business objectives while delivering seamless user experiences. The focus is on practical solutions and achieving measurable outcomes through focused project management.

• Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 CE projects
• Define, refine, and continuously communicate the CRM product vision, roadmap, and value proposition
• Translate organisational strategy and business needs into clear product direction, prioritising improvements that drive adoption, efficiency, and supporter experience
• Own and manage the CRM product backlog, ensuring items are clear, deliverable, and aligned with business priorities
• Capture, assess, and refine feature requests from business teams and technical stakeholders
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams including programme and project managers, engineers, solution architects, business analysts, testers, and business system owners to ensure the successful delivery of CRM enhancements
• Contribute to ensuring maximum value is derived from the D365 delivery partner
• Provide clarity on user stories, acceptance criteria, and business value during sprint planning and throughout the development cycle
• Make iteration‑level go/no‑go decisions based on product performance and readiness
• Proactively unblock issues, remove impediments, and maintain momentum toward release goals.
• Strong skills in system configuration and customisation
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine requirements
• Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools
• Experience in agile workflows and iterative development
