Description
We are seeking an experienced RevOps Consultant to support ongoing client engagements focused on sales technology optimization and CRM administration.
This is a hands-on consulting role for a technical resource who can independently manage, configure, and troubleshoot key revenue technology platforms while working directly with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud environments
• Implement and support Gong Engage workflows and sales engagement processes
• Configure and maintain Gong Forecast to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
• Manage Chili Piper routing, scheduling, and lead distribution processes
• Troubleshoot and maintain integrations between Salesforce and related GTM platforms
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
• Support user adoption, process improvements, and ongoing platform enhancements
• Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of consulting experience in Revenue Operations, CRM, or Sales Technology environments
• Experience working across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and connected revenue technology ecosystems
• Experience troubleshooting data, workflow, and system integration issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
