Senior Business Systems Analyst

My client, a rapidly expanding health and wellness organization, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the growth of their wholesale and B2B channels by improving the flow of order, inventory, and fulfillment data between internal systems and external partners. This highly technical role is central to advancing operational efficiency, strengthening integrations, and driving system automation.

Responsibilities:
• Configure, test, and deploy scalable NetSuite solutions across order management, inventory, fulfillment, and revenue workflows.
• Implement and maintain EDI and API integrations with wholesale/B2B partners using tools such as Boomi, Celigo, and third party EDI networks.
• Lead cross-functional requirement gathering and translate operational workflows into technical designs and system improvements.
• Manage initiatives involving inventory movements, 3PL interactions, returns, adjustments, and multi channel fulfillment automation.
• Produce technical documentation, provide user training, and support/mentor other Business Systems Analysts.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years in business/operations systems with functional + technical experience in wholesale or multi channel environments.
• Strong hands on expertise with NetSuite, EDI integrations, and platforms like Boomi and SPS Commerce.
• Deep knowledge of order management, procurement, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
• Ability to convert business workflows into scalable system designs with strong communication across technical and non technical teams.
• Nice to have: Experience with core EDI transactions and commitment to leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
