A growing Australian ServiceNow consultancy is currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise across the ServiceNow ITOM suite.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys operating as both a trusted advisor and hands-on technical specialist, working closely with clients to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role across a variety of ServiceNow transformation projects, with a strong focus on:

ServiceNow ITOM solution design & development
Discovery, Service Mapping & Event Management
CSDM alignment and platform best practice
Mid Server architecture & optimisation
Running and contributing to client workshops
Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Improving how ITOM integrates alongside ITSM & CSM capabilities
Senior stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
Working within ITIL / Service Management aligned environments
About You

The ideal candidate will be:

A senior-level ServiceNow ITOM specialist
Strong technically across the ITOM suite
Comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders and clients
Consultative in approach with strong communication skills
Experienced delivering scalable enterprise solutions
Able to contribute strategically while still remaining hands-on
What's on Offer

Salary guide around $160k–$175k + super
