Location: Uppsala, Sweden
Work model: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite (mandatory)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a non-profit organisation that builds systems used by regulatory authorities. The role sits in a technology‑driven environment with a strong focus on correctness, traceability, and long‑term system stability.
You will join a sizeable development organisation with multiple agile teams and a dedicated Azure platform function. This is a long‑term consulting opportunity where consultants are treated as full team members and integrated into both delivery and team culture.

What You’ll Be Working On:
Development of backend‑heavy, business‑logic‑driven systems
Systems that support regulatory workflows and adverse event reporting
Solutions with high quality and compliance requirements
Long‑lived products rather than short‑term projects

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#/.NET
Implement complex business logic and backend services
Work with MongoDB and cloud‑hosted data solutions
Develop and maintain APIs and service integrations
Contribute to frontend tasks where needed (fullstack role, backend‑first focus)

Cloud & Platform:
Work with services hosted in Microsoft Azure
Azure App Services
Cloud‑hosted Virtual Machines

Testing & Quality:
Work in an environment with 100% automated testing
Write and maintain:
Unit and integration tests
Gherkin‑based automated acceptance tests
No manual testing – quality is ensured through automation

Collaboration & Communication:
Act as a senior contributor within and across teams
Collaborate with multiple development teams and stakeholders
Help improve cross‑team collaboration and alignment
Communicate clearly and constructively in a complex organisation

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with C# and .NET
Fullstack experience with a clear backend emphasis
Experience working with business‑critical or regulated systems
Experience with MongoDB or similar
Hands‑on experience with Azure‑hosted applications
Strong background in automated testing
Comfortable working in larger, multi‑team environments

Nice to Have:
Background in public sector or other regulated domains
Experience contributing to long‑term, evolving product platforms
