This is a broad, globally facing role operating across multiple brands and entities, shaping solutions that deliver value to large international customers. You’ll work closely with engineering, commercial, and globally distributed teams to own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle and ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality, compliant, data‑driven technology.
This is not a standalone role — you will be part of a sizeable, collaborative product team with strong opportunities for progression, international exposure, and long‑term career development. The position is predominantly remote, with occasional travel for key workshops (expenses covered).

Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple global brands and business entities.
Translate strategy into clear product requirements, user journeys, user stories, and delivery plans.
Lead and participate in Scrum ceremonies, including stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory expectations, and customer needs.
Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant, digital products.
Collaborate with global commercial, operations, and delivery teams, acting as a product champion across the organisation.
Build strong relationships with enterprise‑scale customers, balancing core product integrity with necessary customisation.
Analyse market, regulatory, and industry trends (e.g., utilities, FS, insurance, pharma) to inform future product direction.
Ensure product quality around data accuracy, reporting compliance, financial workflows, and automation across EPR‑style tech solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
6+ years’ experience as a Product Manager within a technology‑driven or regulated environment.
Proven track record delivering complex digital or data‑heavy products end‑to‑end.
Strong experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across technical and non‑technical groups.
Able to translate commercial, regulatory, and customer needs into actionable product requirements.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
A naturally collaborative leader with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Experience with regulated industries (e.g., financial services, utilities, insurance, pharma) is highly beneficial.
