ServiceNow ITOM Architect

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with expertise in ServiceNow to guide the strategic design and implementation of innovative solutions. • Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, with experience in modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into architectural designs
• Familiarity with integration techniques, APIs, and data migration strategies
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
