ServiceNow Project Manager

We are seeking a Project/Programme Manager with expertise in ServiceNow to lead strategic initiatives that enhance our operational capabilities. This role will have a direct impact on project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction, ensuring that we effectively leverage technology to meet business needs. You will be working in a hybrid setup from our offices in Sydney or Melbourne.

• Proven experience in managing projects or programmes in ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable plans
• Solid experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across teams
