Job Description

I’m currently working with a client in California who’s looking to bring on a CRM Administrator to act as the go-to person for their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. This would be an onsite role where you’d take ownership of the platform across modules like Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service, and Contact Center.

This person would be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and overall optimization of the system—working closely with internal teams to gather requirements, improve processes, manage integrations, and ensure everything is running smoothly. There’s also a big focus on user support, training, reporting, and helping drive efficiency across the business.

On the technical side, they’re looking for someone comfortable with configuring the system (fields, workflows, security, etc.), managing integrations with ERP/CPQ/marketing tools, maintaining data quality, and building out reports and dashboards. You’d also be involved in testing updates, supporting releases, and acting as the bridge between business users and IT/vendors.

Ideally looking for someone with:

5+ years of CRM experience
3+ years specifically within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong experience with customization, workflows, and integrations

I’m working with a client who’s looking to bring on a Business Applications Developer to support and enhance their Microsoft ecosystem. This role will be focused on building and maintaining custom solutions across Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

This person would be responsible for developing integrations, automations, and custom applications that connect their core systems and improve overall business processes. You’d be working closely with IT leadership and business teams to turn requirements into scalable, secure solutions.

From a technical standpoint, they’re looking for someone who’s comfortable developing across both low-code (Power Platform) and full-stack environments, including building APIs, plugins, workflows, and integrations between systems like GP, CRM, and external platforms. There’s also a strong focus on maintaining existing applications, troubleshooting issues, and improving performance across the environment.

You’d also play a key role in system ownership—handling upgrades, supporting deployments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring everything aligns with best practices around security, governance, and data integrity.

Our client — a mission-driven nonprofit organization — is mid-way through selecting their implementation partner and preparing to kick off a full NetSuite deployment, migrating from a legacy Great Plains environment. They’re looking for a hands-on project manager who can also operate as an internal NetSuite super user and serve as the primary bridge between their team and the implementation consultants. This is not a passive coordination role — they need someone who brings energy, accountability, and ERP fluency to the table from day one.

What you’ll do
Drive the NetSuite implementation from the client side — owning project timelines, milestone accountability, and stakeholder deadlines

Serve as the internal NetSuite super user and primary liaison with the external implementation team

Support chart of accounts redesign, business process improvement, and team structure decisions during the design phase

Lead UAT coordination and post-go-live stabilization activities

Provide potential support on upcoming audit activities alongside implementation responsibilities

What we’re looking for
Strong accounting background — you understand the financial foundation behind ERP design decisions
