Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Consulting
– Lead and support full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
– Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Business Central solutions.
– Conduct workshops with key stakeholders across finance, operations, procurement, inventory, and supply chain functions.
– Configure and customize Business Central modules aligned with business processes and operational requirements.
– Support data migration, UAT, SIT, user training, and cutover activities.
Solution Design & Delivery
– Provide functional advisory and best practice recommendations around ERP process optimization.
– Work closely with technical consultants/developers for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
– Prepare functional specification documents (FSDs), process flows, and solution documentation.
– Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement within client ERP landscapes.
Stakeholder Management
– Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
– Manage client expectations, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.
– Collaborate with regional and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Requirements
– Minimum 3–8 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
– Experience delivering at least 2–3 end-to-end ERP implementations.
Strong functional knowledge across:
– Finance
– Supply Chain
– Inventory
– Procurement
– Manufacturing (advantageous)
Strong understanding of ERP business processes and operational workflows.
Ability to engage business stakeholders and conduct requirement gathering sessions independently.
Experience working within consulting or system integrator environments is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
– Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, or integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
– Microsoft certifications related to Business Central.
– Regional/APAC project exposure.
– Technical understanding of AL extensions/customizations would be advantageous.
