DevOps Engineer – SaaS Company in Oslo

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help build, scale, and maintain reliable, secure, and efficient systems. In this role, you will work closely with development and operations teams to automate processes, improve deployment workflows, and optimize infrastructure performance.

You will play a key role in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and driving automation across the business. This position is critical to ensuring high system reliability, scalability, and continuous delivery of applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools
• Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability
• Respond to incidents and participate in on-call support rotations
• Improve system scalability and optimise infrastructure costs
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline workflows
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation
• Some on call due will be expected

Skills & Experience
• 4+ years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment workflows
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform preferred)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Solid understanding of system administration and networking
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Understanding of security best practices
