Je me permets de te solliciter car nous recherchons un profil freelance pour une mission dans un grand groupe bancaire.
Nous cherchons un Tech Lead Backend / GenAI très hands-on, capable d’intervenir sur un projet d’assistant interne type “ChatGPT-like”, avec des enjeux forts autour de l’architecture backend, des API et de l’intégration de briques IA en production.
Le profil recherché doit idéalement combiner :
• Très bon niveau backend / architecture :
o Python (FastAPI idéalement)
o microservices
o systèmes distribués
o API Gateway
o Kubernetes / cloud
o Go est un plus
• Forte culture GenAI :
o LLM / RAG / agents
o LangChain / LangGraph / MCP
o observabilité IA, guardrails, coûts, latence, hallucinations
o expérience de mise en production réelle (pas uniquement des POC)
• Posture senior :
o capable de challenger des choix techniques
o à l’aise dans des environnements grands comptes / complexes
o capable de naviguer dans des réunions techniques exigeantes et protéger son équipe
Le contexte est assez exigeant techniquement, donc on cherche quelqu’un de vraiment solide sur la partie IA récente tout en restant très opérationnel techniquement.
Les profils purement architectes, EM éloignés du code ou data scientists sans vraie culture backend ne seront probablement pas adaptés.
