Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and develop ServiceNow applications to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure optimal performance and security of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Continuously assess and improve workflows and processes within the ServiceNow environment.
