Organisational Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to enhance our service management capabilities in a hybrid work environment based in Canberra. This role will focus on optimising and configuring the ServiceNow platform to streamline operations and improve user experience, while impacting various business functions.

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including configuration and administration
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and AngularJS
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices
• Ability to gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications
