• In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Proven ability to manage configurations and customizations effectively
• Strong analytical skills for gathering and translating business requirements
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience in providing end-user support and promoting system adoption
