CMDB Developer

This role is centered around developing and enhancing ServiceNow applications to streamline business processes and improve service delivery for users. You will engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring that the applications meet operational needs and deliver real value to the organization. The position supports a collaborative environment focused on innovative solutions and user satisfaction.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting and integration
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and workflows
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integrations
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to diagnose and resolve application issues effectively
