We are looking for a Finance Leader, including Financial Controller, to play an integral role in enhancing our financial processes and systems, specifically working with Dynamics NAV. This position, situated in Lake Bluff, IL with a hybrid work model, requires someone who can effectively manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while fostering a culture of financial excellence.

• Proven experience working with Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems
• Strong background in financial reporting and analysis
