D365 F&O Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer to design, develop, and maintain customizations, integrations, and extensions within the D365 F&O platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in X++, a solid understanding of ERP architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions in D365 F&O using X++
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Azure services, APIs, and data entities
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications
Develop and support data migration activities (DMF, data entities, dual-write where applicable)
Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues
Support deployment processes using LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Azure DevOps
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to best practices and development standards
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012)
Strong proficiency in X++ development
Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and source control
Solid understanding of D365 architecture, including extensions, data entities, and security framework
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OData, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus)
Familiarity with SQL Server and data management concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
