• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Strong skills in system configuration and customization
• Ability to gather and understand user requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Familiarity with related technologies such as Power Apps or Power Automate
• Experience in supporting end users and promoting system adoption
