ERP Transformation / WMS Consultant

• Working closely with the CFO and leadership team to assess and simplify current processes and systems
• Conducting a structured assessment of the existing Great Plains environment, SQL-based WMS, and custom applications
• Identifying what is business-critical vs. legacy complexity or technical debt
• Bringing structure and governance to current development practices (internal and offshore)
• Improving visibility, reporting, and data consistency across operations and finance
• Supporting a clear roadmap for future ERP strategy (BC / Acumatica / NetSuite)
• Helping prepare the organization for longer-term scalability, automation, and AI enablement
• Familiarity with warehouse, reverse logistics, or supply chain heavy environments
