• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration and customisation
• Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience in supporting users and managing training sessions for platform adoption
• Understanding of CRM best practices and business process improvements
