• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proficient in system configuration and integration
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools, such as Power BI and Power Apps
• Experience in training end users and promoting system adoption
