NetSuite Consultant (Part-Time | 10–15 hrs/week | Cocoa Beach, FL)
Overview

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to support ongoing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and configuration improvements for a NetSuite environment. This is a flexible, part-time engagement (10–15 hours per week) supporting a company based in Cocoa Beach, FL.

The ideal candidate is highly hands-on with NetSuite configuration, reporting, workflows, and light technical development, with the ability to independently diagnose issues and implement solutions across finance and operational modules.

Core Technical Skills Required

The consultant must be proficient in creating, editing, and maintaining:

Advanced Workflows (SuiteFlow)
Advanced Saved Searches
Custom Forms and Custom Fields
Advanced HTML Templates
SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.0 or equivalent scripting experience)
NetSuite Forms
Import Scripts / CSV imports / data loading tools
Functional & Troubleshooting Expertise

Strong working knowledge required in the following areas:

Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and troubleshooting
Vendor ACH payments and payment processing workflows
Expense report configuration and optimization
Dashboard customization and KPI reporting
Advanced Procurement module
Projects / Job Costing module
AI or automation enhancements within NetSuite (where applicable)
NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) datasets and dashboard creation
Typical Work Breakdown (CR Categories / Monthly Demand)

The role will support approximately 25 change requests (CRs) across the following types of work:

4 simple form changes
3 existing workflow modifications
3 expense report changes
1 saved search email / field creation
1 import-related change
1 mass update using saved search (WIP)
1 dashboard / OOO configuration change
2 check / invoice form updates
3 reporting updates
1 SSO-related fix or configuration
2 research / troubleshooting items (forms + reports)
3 new module or data cleanup initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile
3–7+ years NetSuite experience (functional + light technical)
Strong background in finance, operations, or NetSuite administration
Comfortable working independently in a support + enhancement environment
Experience supporting ongoing NetSuite production environments
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across modules

Engagement Details
Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
Ongoing support model (enhancement + troubleshooting)
Hybrid/remote flexibility depending on availability
Based supporting a Cocoa Beach, FL organization
