NetSuite Financial Consultant – Manufacturing

Overview:
Our client is seeking a remote NetSuite expert with strong technical accounting knowledge to support ongoing finance operations and system cleanup. This role blends functional NetSuite expertise with hands-on accounting/finance execution — ideal for someone who can act as both a NetSuite architect and a finance "utility player."

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and automate financial reports within NetSuite, reducing manual reporting effort.
Support FP&A processes, including recurring reporting and analysis needs.
Assist with audit preparation and support from a systems/data perspective.
Lead or support accounting data upload/migration efforts as part of broader accounting system cleanup.
Partner with the finance team to identify and resolve data integrity and process issues within NetSuite.
Serve as the go-to NetSuite subject matter expert for finance-related technical needs.

Required Qualifications:

Strong hands-on NetSuite experience (functional and technical).
Solid understanding of core accounting principles and finance operations (not just system administration).
Demonstrated experience with report automation/building financial reports in NetSuite.
Experience supporting FP&A and/or audit processes.
Experience with accounting data migrations/uploads into NetSuite.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Medius (AP automation software).
Experience with Site Tracker (Salesforce-based platform).
