Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to enhance our new Salesforce.com platform and ensure it aligns effectively with our operational objectives. This role is key to analyzing user requirements and streamlining processes, thereby making a significant impact on our business efficiency. You will be working onsite, collaborating directly with various departments to translate needs into functional specifications.

• Proven experience with Salesforce.com, specifically in configuration and management
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret business requirements
• Ability to create process documentation and user stories
• Knowledge of data management principles and reporting capabilities
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and user training

This is a full-time position based in a stable environment focused on delivering impactful solutions. This is an onsite role, so you must be located in New York City, or Florida (Palm Beach or Boca Rotan).
