The Opportunity
We are partnering with a Belgian-based, globally recognised end-user organisation with operations in almost every country worldwide, currently undergoing a major business and technology transformation programme.
As part of this journey, they are investing heavily in Salesforce as the core platform for all customer-facing processes. They are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Tech Lead / Architect to take ownership of the lead-to-cash domain, playing a key role in shaping and delivering a scalable, future-proof CPQ solution across their global business.

The Role
This is a high-impact, hybrid role combining architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on delivery.
You will:

Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions (quoting, pricing, contract management)
Own the end-to-end lead-to-cash architecture, ensuring scalability and alignment with global business processes
Act as the CPQ subject matter expert, defining standards, best practices, and design principles
Guide and mentor developers while remaining hands-on when needed
Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and architects to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
Drive continuous improvement, challenging the status quo to deliver stable, secure, and cost-effective solutions
Contribute to the wider Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, automation, integrations, etc.)

Your Profile
Experience & Skills:

Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) in complex, enterprise environments
Proven ability to operate at a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Architect level
Solid Salesforce platform expertise:

Apex, LWC, Visualforce
Flows & automation
Data modelling, security & sharing
Reporting & integrations

Experience working across multi-region or global implementations
Ability to balance strategic design with hands-on technical delivery

Soft Skills:

Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
Proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and accountability
Collaborative and team-oriented, thriving in international environments
Continuous learner with a drive to improve and innovate
