    Senior Business Central Consultant

Location: Remote (U.S.), exclusion of California & Hawaii
    Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

    About the Opportunity

Our client, a Microsoft Partner in the middle of an exciting growth phase, is looking to add a Senior Business Central Consultant to their team. This is a chance to join a partner organization at a genuinely pivotal moment - expanding client base, investing in new capabilities, and building out a team that will shape where the practice goes next. If you want more ownership over how projects are run and a real say in the direction of a growing consultancy, this is worth a conversation.

    What You'll Do
Lead full life-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, from discovery and solution design through go-live and post-implementation support
Serve as a trusted, client-facing advisor - running workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into practical BC configurations
Advise clients on finance and operations best practices within Business Central, ensuring solutions are built on solid, well-organized business processes
Design and deliver Power BI reporting and dashboards that give clients real visibility into their data
Bring AI-powered tools and capabilities (Copilot and beyond) into client engagements, helping customers get ahead of where the platform - and their business - is heading
Partner with internal technical teams on integrations and more complex configuration needs
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the ongoing maturity of internal implementation methodology
    What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on Business Central experience, including full life-cycle implementations
Partner-side consulting experience strongly preferred - you know what it takes to deliver for multiple clients, not just support a single internal instance
Strong functional grounding in finance and operations modules
Working knowledge of Power BI - building reports and dashboards clients can actually use
Comfort exploring and applying AI tools within the Business Central ecosystem
Excellent client-facing communication skills - you can run a room, manage expectations, and build genuine trust with stakeholders at every level
A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset - you're excited by the idea of helping shape a partner practice that's actively scaling, not just executing a fixed playbook
    Why This Role
Join a Microsoft Partner during a genuine growth and transition period - real opportunity to grow with the business
Work across a variety of clients and industries rather than a single internal system
Be part of a team investing seriously in Power BI and AI as differentiators, not afterthoughts
Direct-hire opportunity with a partner that values expertise and client relationships over pure billable-hour throughput
