Senior Helpdesk Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to enhance our AWS-based infrastructure. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud solutions that support critical business operations. The position is onsite, promoting collaboration and direct engagement with stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

• Strong experience with AWS technologies including EC2, RDS, and VPC
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools, particularly Terraform or CloudFormation
• Solid understanding of networking principles and cloud security best practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deployment techniques
• Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability
