ServiceNow QA Tester

We are looking for a ServiceNow Tester to ensure the quality and performance of our ServiceNow implementations. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results to support the successful delivery of IT service management solutions. Your contributions will help shape user experiences and enhance operational efficiencies across the organization.

• Proven experience in testing ServiceNow applications and modules
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles
• Ability to create and execute detailed test plans and cases
• Experienced in automated testing tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with agile development practices and team collaboration
