We are supporting a large-scale regional ERP transformation program across Asia within a complex manufacturing environment. This initiative involves enterprise-wide ERP modernization, operational transformation, and regional delivery governance across multiple countries.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Delivery Manager with strong end-to-end implementation experience and proven capability managing large-scale ERP programs across manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on execution, governance, stakeholder management, deployment oversight, and post-go-live operational stability. Candidates from purely pre-sales or sales-oriented environments will not be suitable.

Responsibilities:
- Lead regional ERP delivery across multiple business units and countries
- Manage full ERP project lifecycle:
a. Design
b. Build
c. Testing
d. Deployment
e. Hypercare
f. BAU transition
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical consultants, vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholders
- Drive project governance, delivery planning, risk management, and execution tracking
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, operational processes, and ERP delivery outcomes
- Manage deployment readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
- Oversee AMS and operational support transition models
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and escalations across regional workstreams
- Work closely with manufacturing operations teams to ensure minimal disruption to business processes
- Drive stakeholder communication across business, technology, and leadership teams
- Support change management and delivery governance initiatives across the ERP landscape

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on ERP implementation and delivery experience
- Proven experience delivering at least 3 full end-to-end ERP implementations
- Strong manufacturing industry background is mandatory
- Experience managing regional or multi-country ERP programs
- Strong understanding of:
- Manufacturing operations
- ERP governance
- AMS support models
- Deployment and hypercare management
- Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
- Ability to operate in complex enterprise transformation environments
- Candidates from purely pre-sales, account management, or sales-focused backgrounds will not be suitable

Preferred Experience
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- Exposure to ERP environments across Asia Pacific
- Experience handling hybrid delivery models across onshore/offshore teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and integration dependencies

Working Arrangement
- Regional role across Asia
- Hybrid working model (70% WFH / 30% office)
- Estimated 25% regional travel required depending on project needs
