Location: Antwerp (Hybrid)
On-site Requirement: 2 days per week in Antwerp office

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Core Clouds Developer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a mature Salesforce ecosystem while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions across multiple Core Cloud platforms, ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations that support critical business processes.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Configure and customise Salesforce Core Clouds to meet business requirements.
Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and administrators to deliver robust solutions.
Participate in solution design, technical reviews, and architecture discussions.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing platform enhancements.
Follow Salesforce development best practices, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
Contribute to CI/CD processes and release management activities.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer within enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds, including:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud (preferred)

Strong development experience with:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce APIs and integrations
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluent Dutch is mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in Antwerp twice per week.

Nice to Have
Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certifications.
Experience with Integration Platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
Exposure to Field Service, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
