Controller

We are looking for a Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This permanent role is vital for maintaining financial accuracy and providing strategic insight that supports business growth. The Controller will work onsite in Western Kentucky, with several direct reports, reporting up to the CFO.

• Strong experience with NetSuite and Cost Accounting
• Proven track record in cost accounting and manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and relevant financial regulations
• Netsuite Implementation Experience
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
