F&O Developer

Develop and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO solutions according to requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.
Build and customize D365 forms, screens, views, workflows, and reports.
Develop custom business logic using scripting, plug-ins, and extensions.
Design and maintain integrations between D365 FO and other enterprise applications.
Apply software engineering best practices including SOLID principles, object-oriented design, DRY, and domain-driven design.
Design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable code.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC including design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and third-party partners to deliver business-focused solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and high-quality deliverables.
Establish and maintain development standards, code patterns, and architecture best practices.
Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to improve quality and consistency.
Lead proof-of-concepts, design workshops, and collaborative development initiatives.
Evaluate new technologies and communicate recommendations to leadership.
Review Dynamics 365 release updates and identify opportunities, risks, and improvements.
Partner with infrastructure and operations teams to manage environments, security, performance, and cost optimization.
Support production deployments and resolve application issues as needed.
Guide and mentor junior developers, consultants, and new team members.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure appropriate testing strategies and product quality.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, communication, organization, and ownership.
Participate in technical interviews and other team initiatives as required.
