TRG Cares

About TRG Cares

Across Tenth Revolution Group, we are striving to make things better in our own organization and in the world we share, and proudly creating a better tomorrow.

That’s why, in 2022, we launched TRG Cares – a global initiative underpinned by the pillars of our People & Planet program, enabling us to give back to our nominated charities and support the causes closest to our employees’ hearts.

Through TRG Cares, we empower our employees to embrace new opportunities and use their passion and skills to help others and make a positive difference in their local communities and beyond.

Our employees told us that helping others was really important to them, so we listened to their feedback and created TRG Cares to ensure they can do just that. Their response to this initiative has been fantastic and we're excited to see how it develops.

Our charitable causes

St. Martin's School

St. Martin’s School has been our global charity since 2019. The school is located in one of the poorest areas in Nairobi, Kenya, where people have limited access to basic amenities.

To create a safe space where children can develop their knowledge, learn new skills and receive regular meals, we have hosted numerous fundraising activities and sponsored more than 70 children through their education. Our employees have also undertaken volunteer trips to visit the school and devote their time to mentoring and teaching pupils.

Our fundraising efforts have provided the school with a new computer lab and art room, equipped the children with textbooks, and contributed towards food supplies and a new water pump.

You can find out more on our Give Wheel page.

Teenage Cancer Trust

In 2023, we partnered with Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialized support to young people aged 13 to 24 with cancer.

To date, we have raised funds through our Digital Revolution Awards and given employees the chance to take part in the Great North Run, London Marathon, and Three Peaks Challenge on the charity’s behalf.

Volunteer days

We encourage our employees to get out and about in their local communities and build connections with others. And to help them to do this, everyone across Tenth Revolution Group is entitled to one paid day off every year to volunteer with a cause that means the most to them.

From beach cleans and food banks to animal shelters and urban farms, our employees put their volunteer days and specialist skills to good use, helping the people and non-profits most in need.

Fundraising activities

We support a number of charities and awareness days worldwide and regularly host bake sales, raffles, blood drives, and donation drops, and also run fundraising appeals for urgent humanitarian aid and natural disaster relief.

We also raise awareness of employees undertaking personal fundraising activities outside the workplace, such as skydives and charity runs.
