ServiceNow Architect (Baseline or above)

We are looking for a Technical Architect with a strong background in ServiceNow to enhance our capability in delivering tailored solutions. This role will focus on designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. The position operates in a hybrid model based in Canberra, providing flexibility in work arrangements.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations and architecture
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management
