NetSuite Administrator – Chicagoland Area

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day management, support, and continued optimization of the NetSuite environment. This individual will work closely with teams across the business to improve system functionality, streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure NetSuite continues to support evolving business needs.

Zuständigkeiten
Serve as the primary administrator and internal point of contact for NetSuite
Manage day-to-day system configuration, maintenance, and user support
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for system improvements
Build and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support
Support NetSuite enhancements, integrations, testing, and data management
Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing business processes
Create system documentation and provide training to end users
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and other business teams
Ideal Background
Proven hands-on experience administering NetSuite
Strong functional understanding of NetSuite and ERP business processes
Experience with workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions
Experience troubleshooting and supporting end users
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience with integrations, data migration, testing, or NetSuite optimization projects is a plus
Standort

Candidates must be local to the Chicagoland area and able to work within the company's required onsite/hybrid schedule.
