Unser Salesforce Careers Program gives you a structured route into that opportunity.

Training is delivered through Revolent, our specialist technology talent creation and training business. You’ll develop Salesforce expertise aligned to your role and customer placement, work towards relevant certifications and build practical experience across the platform.

Once training is complete, you’ll progress onto a customer placement for up to two years, working as part of their team while remaining with Revolent and applying your skills to live Salesforce initiatives.

Which Salesforce role could you move into?

Our Salesforce Careers Program focuses on three core roles:

You could work with stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape Salesforce solutions that support users and business goals.

Berater

Salesforce Consultants help organizations configure and deliver Salesforce solutions that improve processes, adoption and business outcomes.

The role combines platform knowledge with stakeholder management and delivery skills, and can include work across core Salesforce products, Industry Clouds, automation and Agentforce.

Entwickler

Salesforce Developers build and extend the platform to support more complex business requirements.

You could work across custom applications, integrations, automation and platform functionality while developing experience with Agentforce and AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.

Build experience across Salesforce Industry Clouds

Salesforce Industry Clouds bring sector-specific data models, workflows and functionality into the platform.
Salesforce Industry Clouds bring sector-specific data models, workflows and functionality into the platform. Depending on your customer placement, your training and role could give you exposure to industries including:

You may also develop experience with technologies such as OmniStudio and other Salesforce Industries capabilities where they are relevant to your customer environment.

At least 50% of Revolent’s Salesforce training time is focused on practical application, helping you build experience working through realistic platform and customer challenges.

You’ll work towards relevant Salesforce certifications aligned to your role and the requirements of your placement.

Agentforce and AI skills

Training can include hands-on experience with Agentforce, AI-powered workflows and prompt-driven tools as these become increasingly important across Salesforce delivery.

Consultancy skills

Alongside your technical learning, you’ll develop communication, stakeholder management and project skills to help you contribute effectively within a customer team.
