Our client, an established Sydney organisation scaling fast in the AWS ecosystem is hiring an AI Solutions Executive to drive AI and cloud transformation deals across complex enterprise accounts. This is a co-selling, demand-creation role with real influence: you'll partner with field account teams, open doors at C-level, and convert AI ambition into signed business.

Proactively build pipeline in enterprise accounts, create demand, don't wait for it
Lead the AI value conversation with executives: use cases, deployment models, commercial outcomes, risk
Build and deliver executive-grade proposals and pitch decks that turn complex technology into clear business cases
Co-sell alongside field account teams and partner organisations, bringing specialist firepower to strategic deals
Run a disciplined operating rhythm: accurate forecasting, clean CRM, reliable reporting

What you'll bring

*10+ years of enterprise technology sales with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota
*Experience selling both product/infrastructure and consulting/advisory services
*A hunter's mentality — proven ability to generate opportunities in complex accounts, not just manage inbound
*Credibility across the AI landscape (business-value and consultative selling — not a hands-on technical role)
*Strong relationship skills across internal field teams and external partner organisations
*Bachelor's degree
