Encompass Administrator – Mortgage Technology Team

Are you an Encompass expert looking to take ownership of advanced LOS configurations and help transform mortgage lending operations? We’re adding another talented Encompass Administrator to our growing team—someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves solving challenges that blend technology, compliance, and innovation.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with Ellie Mae Encompass and its ecosystem of integrations to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive automation across multiple lending channels—including non-QM workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with lending, compliance, and IT teams to design, test, and deploy meaningful improvements that directly impact business performance.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Administer, configure, and customize Encompass and related integrations.

Build advanced business rules, input forms, and automation scripts using JavaScript and Encompass Web.

Partner with business teams to identify process improvements and implement compliant, efficient solutions for both conventional and non-QM loan products.

Support and evolve integrations with platforms such as LoanNex, LenderPrice, Velocify, and Consumer Connect.

Lead testing cycles, validate enhancements, and ensure reliable system performance across production environments.

Was wir suchen:

3+ years working with Ellie Mae Encompass in an administrative, development, or support capacity.

Strong understanding of mortgage lending workflows, including non-QM or portfolio lending.

Experience with JavaScript and Encompass Web customization.

Familiarity with LOS integrations and API-driven solutions.

A problem solver who’s detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about driving efficiency in mortgage tech.
