This role will take a pivotal position in driving the ongoing enhancement and administration of financial platforms, ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems to support operational efficiency and compliance. This role exists to lead the implementation and optimisation of complex finance systems, addressing technical challenges, streamlining processes, and enabling advanced functionality in a hybrid working environment within the education management sector. This position involves end-to-end responsibility for managing system implementation projects, from initial scoping to testing and user training. The NetSuite Systems Specialist - London will oversee configuration to meet group policy and localisation requirements, conduct thorough data migration, and introduce advanced features such as tax compliance automation and document management enhancements. A key aspect of the role is maintaining system integrity through ongoing administration, troubleshooting workflows and scripts, and ensuring third-party integrations perform optimally.

The role also includes monitoring system performance with a focus on resolving both functional and technical issues swiftly, supporting business-as-usual activities alongside phased rollouts of further improvements. Regular system upgrades, testing, and evaluation of add-on products will be required to maintain the solution’s robustness in line with regulatory and operational needs. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to continuous business improvement by identifying enhancements to existing operating models and influencing regional technology roadmaps.

Another important facet of this role is customisation and reporting. The successful candidate will develop and maintain a suite of advanced reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide actionable insights and improve user experience. Technical skills in SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk Web Services will be leveraged to deliver tailored solutions and automate processes. Candidates will possess relevant finance and technology qualifications alongside proven experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation and administration.
