ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

A growing organization is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to enhance its service management capabilities. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experiences. The position is hybrid, based in either Sydney or Melbourne, allowing for a balanced work-from-home and office environment.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ITOM modules
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript
• Knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customization best practices
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating third-party applications
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
